Clinic Operational Times
On Saturday, the clinic will close when volunteers are ready to leave for the day (most of the time, volunteers will stay until around 5 PM or later). The RAM Clinic Director will come to each area of the clinic throughout the day to gather feedback from the volunteers in order to determine how long the clinic will remain open.
The clinic generally closes mid-afternoon on Sunday to accommodate out of town volunteers who need to travel home. Please let the RAM Clinic Director know in advance when you need to leave so that plans can be made regarding patient flow.

DRESS
Please dress modestly in comfortable, casual, professional, attire, (scrubs are acceptable) and please wear comfortable shoes.  Each volunteer will receive a free AC RAM t-shirt upon arrival. Torn, ragged jeans are not acceptable. Low cut blouses or tops are not acceptable. Scrub clothes may be worn. Remember, you are representing both your nursing profession and Remote Area Medical. We DO NOT wear lab coats as they tend to intimidate our patients.
